Join us at 11:30 using this zoom link: https://zoom.us/j/589627603

Resilience means knowing how to cope despite setbacks, or barriers, or limited resources. Resilience is a measure of how much you want something and how much you are willing, and able, to overcome obstacles to get it. It has to do with your emotional strength. Building resilience takes courage, honesty, grit and determination. While we can’t control the peaks and valleys of life-work challenges, illness, difficult relationships, and family turmoil we can learn to:

• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Deal with everyday disturbances
• Tap into your personal strengths
• Use neuroscience to understand our response to challenges

Wendy will be using personal and professional experiences, as well as neuroscience to explore why resilience is key to living a joyful life. We will also be discussing how to identify and cultivate your character strengths.

This program will enhance the following Core Competencies: Coaching Presence, Powerful Questioning, Direct Communication, & Coaching Awareness.
